Directory purpose
Beauty Artists of India is a national beauty professionals directory and discovery platform. It is not a professional association, academy, examination board, booking provider or certification body. Category and city labels organise discovery; they do not establish actual geographic coverage.
Listing consent
Only the professional or an authorised representative may propose a profile. Public bio, city, services, portfolio, social links and enquiry route require specific publication permission. Client/model images and collaborators’ work need the appropriate rights, consent and credits. Private administrative email is not automatically a public contact route.
Accurate profile information
Use the actual professional name and explain the contribution shown. Do not invent credentials, client results, experience, awards, testimonials, reviews, prices or affiliations. Do not publish private home addresses, client records or sensitive identity evidence.
Review before publication
The intended process is private proposal, operator review, clarification where needed and explicit publication approval. Edits affecting public claims or portfolio permissions require renewed review. Online submission, saved profiles, approvals and publication management are currently inactive; the existing form prepares a private draft only.
Corrections, withdrawal and removal
The operator must confirm a monitored channel and a fair correction/removal procedure before opening listings. Artist and admin dashboards are inactive. No account, saved listing or moderation decision is simulated. A professional should be able to withdraw publication permission through the confirmed operator process.
Verification scope
A future profile-check badge must state the checks performed and review date. It must never imply professional certification, an examination pass, association membership or guaranteed results. The proposed criteria await approval and no badge is currently issued.
Enquiries and independent agreements
Users contact the actual professional using a public route authorised by that professional. The professional remains responsible for responding, quotes, suitability, availability, service terms and any direct agreement. BAI does not confirm appointments, take service payments or guarantee outcomes.
Paid listings
Pricing, listing duration, benefits, renewals, cancellation/refunds, taxes and sponsored-placement disclosure are pending business approval. Coming soon. Payments and paid placements are disabled. Payment must never imply verification or professional quality.
Privacy and final approval
Operating legal entity, monitored privacy/listing contact, correspondence address, effective date and final policy approval remain pending. These draft rules describe the present static website and requirements for a future service; they are not a live paid-listing agreement.
